Licensing

Our licensing model is designed to ensure a fair and respectful use of our templates while allowing you the creative freedom to build a stunning online presence. By purchasing a Squarespace template from Gem Media, you agree to the following licensing terms:

Single Use License: Your template purchase includes a single use license, which means you can install and use the template for one website or domain. This license is non-transferable and applies to a single project only.
Ownership: While you have the right to use the template, the ownership and copyright of the template remain with Gem Media. You are not allowed to claim the template as your own creation or redistribute it in any form.
Template Modifications: You are encouraged to customize and modify the template to suit your brand and content. However, these modifications must be within the scope of the template's intended use and in compliance with the permitted uses outlined below.

Permitted Uses

We want you to get the most out of your template while respecting its intended use. Here are the permitted uses of our Squarespace templates:

Personal and Commercial Websites: You are welcome to use the template for personal websites, blogs, portfolios, and commercial websites. It's perfect for showcasing your creative work, promoting your business, or sharing your ideas.
Unlimited Customisation: Feel free to customise the template's design, colors, typography, and content to align with your brand identity and purpose. You have the creative freedom to make it uniquely yours.
Website for Clients: If you're a web designer or developer, you can use the template to create a website for a client as part of a larger project. However, each client project requires a separate template license.
Updates and Support: Your template purchase includes updates and support for a specified period. Make sure to check the support details provided with your template for more information.

Please note that any usage beyond the scope of the permitted uses may require additional licensing or authorisation from Gem Media. Unauthorised use, distribution, or resale of the template is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The website templates are copyright of Gem Media. The template is for personal use only and does not allow you to repurpose or resell the templates as your own. We would kindly ask you that you do not re-distribute this file and keep it safe for your reference only.

Gem Media Ltd grants only a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to the Customer to use the Intellectual Property for the Customer’s personal or internal business use. Nothing in this Agreement shall transfer ownership of or rights to any intellectual property of the Company to the Client, nor grant any right or license other than those stated in this Agreement. Customer acknowledges that his/her purchase of this Product is for his/her/its single individual use. Customer shall not copy, reproduce, transmit, modify, edit, create derivative works from, alter, sell, or share with others any products or parts of the products without prior written consent or unless provided otherwise.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not issue any refunds. Please feel free to reach out via email if you have any questions or hesitations before making a purchase.
