OUR PROCESS
STRATEGY
The first step is to get to know you and your business in depth. We kick off every project with a strategy session - an intimate deep dive to understand your goals, target audience, and what makes you unique. After workshopping your business, we compile our analysis and develop a strategy and implementation plan that will guide the direction of your project and act as a roadmap to reach your desired business goals.
CONCEPTS
We start with the exploration of initial design concepts. We create custom concepts that reflect the needs outlined in your strategy. We will create a series of design directions for you to consider, then work with you to refine the one that is ultimately selected through feedback sessions and presentation review.
DEVELOPMENT
After the concept phase is complete, it’s time to start building to bring your vision to life. In this phase, we implement approved concepts and take care of all the “behind the scenes” work required, like consultancy, creation, coding, writing, management, and quality assurance testing.
FINALISATION
Final details are confirmed and changes are finalised for the project to be signed off.
HANDOVER
Finally, it’s time for launch and our asset handover. After launch, we will be there to answer any questions and help with any maintenance or updates that might be needed down the road.
